Ingredients
  

Zero-Carb Small Keto Tortillas

  • 1/3 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute plus additional for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • Add the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, and Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  • Top the cream cheese layer with fresh blueberries.
  • Roll the tortillas closed around the filling, and place seam side down into a well-greased pan or rack.
  • Brush the top of the tortillas with the melted butter.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until browned and crispy on the outside.
  • Dust with more Swerve before serving.
