Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked broccoli florets soft-cooked, fresh or frozen
  • 2 large egg whites or 1 whole egg
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese or your favorite blend
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Gently mash the soft-cooked broccoli florets into small pieces using a potato masher or fork.
  • In a bowl, combine the mashed broccoli with the egg whites, shredded cheese, almond flour, and salt. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Scoop about 20 small portions onto your prepared baking sheet. Gently shape each portion into a nugget.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the nuggets are firm and have lovely golden edges.
  • Serve warm and enjoy these wholesome veggie bites!

Notes
