- 2 cups cooked broccoli florets soft-cooked, fresh or frozen
- 2 large egg whites or 1 whole egg
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese or your favorite blend
- 1/4 cup almond flour

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Gently mash the soft-cooked broccoli florets into small pieces using a potato masher or fork.
In a bowl, combine the mashed broccoli with the egg whites, shredded cheese, almond flour, and salt. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Scoop about 20 small portions onto your prepared baking sheet. Gently shape each portion into a nugget.
