Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
Prepare your veggies: If using broccoli, lightly steam it for 1-2 minutes until bright green. If using frozen spinach (optional alternative), thaw and squeeze out excess water really well.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped bacon, pre-cooked veggies, minced garlic, ranch dressing, and half of both the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Stir everything together until well coated.
Spoon this delicious mixture into a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses evenly over the top.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden. Serve hot and enjoy!
