Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 to 5 tbsp dark chocolate (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp chopped peanuts
  • sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Start by peeling the bananas and slicing them in half lengthwise. Cut each half into two pieces, resulting in 8 banana slices. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread peanut butter generously over each banana slice, ensuring full coverage. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt and chopped peanuts.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter-covered banana slices and freeze for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is firm.
