Ingredients
  

Tender Coating

  • 3/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 2 large breasts, cut into tender-sized strips

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow bowl, combine the gluten-free breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. This mix will give your tenders their delicious crispiness!
  • Crack the eggs into a separate shallow bowl and whisk them well. In a third shallow bowl, add the gluten-free flour.
  • Take each chicken tender and first dip it into the gluten-free flour, shaking off any excess. Next, dip it into the whisked egg, letting any extra drip off. Finally, coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture, gently pressing to ensure it sticks all over.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes to get it nice and hot for the crispiest results.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray. Carefully arrange the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer in the basket, making sure not to overcrowd them. Give the tops of the tenders another quick spray of olive oil for an extra golden crunch.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 375°F, flipping the tenders halfway through. Cook until they are beautifully golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If you like them super crispy, add another minute or two!
