Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup special dark cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Cheesecake Swirl

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Orange food coloring
  • Green food coloring
  • Purple food coloring
  • Halloween sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray an 8x8 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  • Mix the brownie ingredients: sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, oil, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.
  • Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and food coloring until creamy.
  • Drop dollops of cream cheese mixture onto the brownie batter, then swirl gently.
  • Pour remaining brownie batter over the top and swirl again for a marbled effect.
  • Bake for approximately 35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool, then decorate with sprinkles and colored frosting for a festive look.
