Ingredients
  

  • 20 slices deli ham 0 carbs, no added sugar
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2-3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to low broil.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the spinach and sauté until just wilted.
  • In a bowl, mix the ricotta and mozzarella cheeses.
  • Stir in the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • Combine the cooked spinach with the cheese mixture.
  • On a flat surface, lay two slices of deli ham overlapping.
  • Spoon the filling onto the ham and roll it up tightly.
  • Arrange the roll-ups in a baking dish in a single layer.
  • Broil for 5 minutes, or until golden brown and melty inside.
