Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 egg room temperature
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Combine mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave for 30 seconds until melted and blended.
  • Add parmesan, almond flour, and egg; mix thoroughly.
  • Stir in rosemary and salt until dough forms.
  • Place dough between parchment sheets; roll out to 1/8 inch thickness.
  • Cut into 1-inch squares with a pastry cutter; punch a hole in each with a toothpick.
  • Sprinkle seasoning generously on top.
  • Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Gently transfer crackers onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes; add 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Cool before serving.
