- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 egg room temperature
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Combine mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave for 30 seconds until melted and blended.
Add parmesan, almond flour, and egg; mix thoroughly.
Stir in rosemary and salt until dough forms.
Place dough between parchment sheets; roll out to 1/8 inch thickness.
Cut into 1-inch squares with a pastry cutter; punch a hole in each with a toothpick.
Sprinkle seasoning generously on top.
Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or freezer for 20 minutes.
Gently transfer crackers onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes; add 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness.
Cool before serving.
