Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup monk fruit/allulose
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Grab a mixing bowl and pour in the heavy cream. Using a hand mixer, whip it until it forms lovely stiff peaks. Be careful not to over-mix, or you'll end up with butter instead of fluffy cream!
  • In a separate bowl, add the softened cream cheese. Use your hand mixer to beat it until it's light and fluffy.
  • Now, add your chosen sweetener (monk fruit/allulose) and the vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Continue mixing until everything is well combined and smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Mix just enough until it's perfectly combined and beautifully smooth.
  • Pop your delicious fluff into the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up slightly. Serve chilled with your favorite fresh berries for a light and healthy dessert!
