  • ¼ cup cooked bacon (2-3 slices cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon low carb ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon green onion (chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, and green onions together, then set aside.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with a silicone mat.
  • Arrange the mozzarella slices on the mat, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Once done, let them cool for about a minute until they are manageable but still flexible.
  • Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture and place it at the edge of a mozzarella slice, then roll it tightly, seam side down.
