- 1 ½ cups cooked shredded or grilled chicken
- ¼ cup cooked bacon (2-3 slices cooked)
- 1 tablespoon low carb ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon green onion (chopped)
Mix the chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, and green onions together, then set aside.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with a silicone mat.
Arrange the mozzarella slices on the mat, ensuring they are spaced apart.
