Ingredients
  

For the Bites

  • 2 Soft Taco Sized Zero Carb Tortillas
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon divided
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

For the Topping

  • 2 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, powdered Swerve, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix until it's wonderfully smooth and creamy.
  • Evenly spread half of this delicious cream cheese mixture onto each zero-carb tortilla.
  • Gently but firmly roll each tortilla into a tight spiral, securing the filling inside.
  • Pop your rolled tortillas into the freezer for about an hour. This makes them super easy to slice!
  • Once chilled, carefully slice each tortilla into bite-sized spirals.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place your cream cheese bites in the warm butter and sauté them until they're golden brown and delightfully crispy on the outside.
  • In a small bowl, mix the granulated Swerve with the remaining cinnamon. Sprinkle this sweet cinnamon topping over your warm bites just before serving for an extra treat!
