Equipment

  • Double Boiler
  • Microwave
  • Dubai Chocolate Silicone Mold
  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 11 oz Sugar-Free Chocolate we recommend a high-quality, keto-friendly brand
  • 6 tablespoons Coconut Oil virgin or refined
  • 6 oz Roasted Pistachios
  • 2 oz Unsweetened Dried Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Gently melt your sugar-free chocolate. You can do this easily in a double boiler over simmering water, or by microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring well each time until smooth.
  • Take your Dubai chocolate silicone mold. Using a small brush or spoon, lightly coat the bottom and sides of each mold cavity with a layer of the melted chocolate. Pop the mold into the freezer for about 10 minutes to set.
  • While your chocolate base is chilling, combine the coconut oil, roasted pistachios, vanilla extract, and dried coconut in a blender. Blend for approximately 20 seconds, until you have a thick, slightly chunky filling.
  • Remove the mold from the freezer. Spoon the delicious filling evenly into each chocolate-lined cavity. Gently press it down. Now, pour the remaining melted chocolate (reheat briefly if needed) over the filling, smoothing the top.
  • Return the mold to the freezer for another 10 minutes. Once firm, carefully remove your luxurious Keto Dubai Chocolates from the molds and savor this delightful, guilt-free summer treat!
