Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef 680 g, 80/20
  • 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms 100 g, divided: ¾ cup for cooking, ¼ cup for topping
  • 1 small Small Onion chopped
  • 1.5 cups Sour Cream 360 g
  • cup Beef Broth 160 ml
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella 150 g
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar 50 g
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, ¾ cup of mushrooms, and chopped onion until beef is browned and onions are translucent. Avoid overcooking to keep it moist.
  • Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  • Mix in sour cream, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper; simmer briefly until slightly thickened.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top, followed by cheddar, then arrange the remaining ¼ cup of sliced mushrooms on the surface.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
