Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups almond flour
  • 0.5 tsp Kosher salt
  • 0.5 Cup sugar-free granulated sweetener
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 0.25 Cup butter melted
  • 1 Cup fresh strawberries chopped

Instructions
 

  • First, warm up your oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
  • In a big bowl, whisk together the almond flour, salt, sugar-free sweetener, and baking soda.
  • Next, add in your beaten eggs, melted butter, and those delicious fresh strawberries. Gently stir everything until it's just combined – don't overmix! The batter will be nice and thick.
  • Carefully spread this lovely batter into your prepared loaf pan.
  • Pop it into the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Once it's done, let it cool completely before slicing and enjoying this wholesome treat!
