Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter smooth, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup butter unsalted
  • 2/3 cup almond flour fine blanched
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Sweetener or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips sugar-free

Instructions
 

  • First, gently melt the peanut butter and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short bursts (15-30 seconds), stirring after each, until smooth and well combined.
  • In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, Swerve Sweetener, and baking powder until there are no clumps.
  • Now, stir in the eggs, vanilla extract, your melted peanut butter mixture, and water into the dry ingredients. Mix until everything is wonderfully combined and smooth.
  • Gently fold in the sugar-free dark chocolate chips.
  • Divide the batter evenly among 6 ramekins or mugs. Microwave each mug cake for about 1 minute. They’re ready when they look puffed up and set.
  • Serve these warm, healthy treats immediately!
