Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix flour, pumpkin spice, and salt in a bowl.
Cream together butter, cream cheese, sugars, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.
Gradually add dry ingredients, then incorporate pumpkin puree and milk.
Shape dough into small balls, roll in coarse sugar, and place on baking sheet.
Flatten slightly and brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
Let cool and serve with whipped cream if desired.
