  • 12 ounces freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter
  • 2 teaspoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon MCT Oil Powder
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons sugar-free brown sweetener like Swerve or allulose
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Stevia drops to taste (optional)
  • Whipped cream Optional: for topping
  • cinnamon Optional: a sprinkle for topping

Instructions
 

  • First, brew a fresh 12-ounce cup of your favorite coffee and carefully pour it into a heat-safe blender, such as a bullet blender.
  • Next, add in the grass-fed butter, heavy whipping cream, MCT oil powder, pumpkin puree, sugar-free brown sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, and stevia drops (if using).
  • Blend everything together on high speed for about 30 seconds until the mixture is super creamy, frothy, and perfectly combined.
  • For an extra treat, top with a dollop of whipped cream and a light dusting of cinnamon. Enjoy your healthy, energizing drink!
