  • 10 ounces canned wild albacore solid white tuna drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 stalk celery sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise, pickle relish, sliced celery, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Use a fork to break apart the tuna and blend everything until creamy and well combined.
  • Taste and tweak the seasoning if necessary (a little extra garlic powder can add more flavor).
