Rose Cardamom Tea Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag black tea or 1 tsp loose black tea
  • ½ cup hot water
  • ½ cup steamed milk dairy or plant-based
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp rose syrup or food-grade rose water (adjust to taste)
  • optional sweetener honey, sugar, maple syrup, or agave
  • optional garnish dried rose petals, cardamom, or cinnamon stick

Instructions
 

  • Brew the black tea in hot water for 3–4 minutes. Strain if using loose-leaf.
  • Mix in the cardamom powder and rose syrup or rose water. Add sweetener if you like.
  • Froth or heat the milk, then pour it over the tea mixture.
  • Garnish with dried rose petals, a dash of cardamom, or a cinnamon stick. Enjoy warm!
