Rose Cardamom Tea Latte

- 1 bag black tea or 1 tsp loose black tea
- ½ cup hot water
- ½ cup steamed milk dairy or plant-based
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp rose syrup or food-grade rose water (adjust to taste)
- optional sweetener honey, sugar, maple syrup, or agave
- optional garnish dried rose petals, cardamom, or cinnamon stick
Brew the black tea in hot water for 3–4 minutes. Strain if using loose-leaf.
Mix in the cardamom powder and rose syrup or rose water. Add sweetener if you like.
Froth or heat the milk, then pour it over the tea mixture.
Garnish with dried rose petals, a dash of cardamom, or a cinnamon stick. Enjoy warm!
