Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 4 eggs large
  • 1/4 cup Ground Flaxseed
  • 3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients: almond flour, eggs, ground flaxseed, plain Greek yogurt, xanthan gum, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well until you have a smooth and uniform batter.
  • Pour the prepared batter into a loaf pan that has been thoroughly greased.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a knife or toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Once baked, remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool completely to room temperature before slicing. This step is crucial for the best texture!
