Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips (such as Enjoy Life Foods brand)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 48 grams vanilla protein powder (whey or vegan)

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat gently over low heat, stirring constantly until everything is smooth and fully melted. Patience is key here, as white chocolate can burn quickly!
  • Slowly whisk in the protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and silky. Take your time to ensure it blends perfectly without cooling the chocolate too rapidly.
  • Carefully pour the creamy mixture into silicone molds or spread it evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until completely firm.
  • Once solid, pop the chocolate out of the molds or break it into delicious chunks. Store your healthy treats in the fridge or freezer.
