Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup certified gluten-free quick oats
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.33 cup chopped fresh cherries
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • First, grab a mason jar or a small bowl. Pour in your quick oats and chia seeds.
  • Next, add the unsweetened almond milk and creamy coconut milk. Give everything a good stir until it's well combined.
  • Now, gently mix in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, your lovely chopped cherries, and the dark chocolate chips. Once everything is mixed, place a lid on your jar or bowl.
  • Pop it into the refrigerator and let it chill overnight (or for at least 4 hours). In the morning, you'll have a delightful, ready-to-eat breakfast!

Notes

Feel free to add more fresh cherries, a dollop of coconut yogurt, or a sprinkle of your favorite nut butter before enjoying.
