Medjool dates

all-natural creamy peanut butter
1/3
cup
dark chocolate chips
opt for 70% or higher for a healthier twist

flaky sea salt
Instructions
Carefully slice each date in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Arrange them on a parchment-lined tray.
Gently flatten each date into a disc using the bottom of a glass. This makes them perfect for stuffing!
Scoop a small dollop of peanut butter onto the center of each flattened date and spread it out evenly.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second bursts, stirring well after each, until wonderfully smooth.
Drizzle or fully coat each peanut butter-topped date with the melted chocolate. Get creative with your coverage!
Immediately sprinkle a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt over the chocolate while it's still soft.
Pop them into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, or the freezer for 10-15 minutes, until the chocolate is firm. Enjoy your delightful, healthy treat!
